First Step - Inquiry & Order: First, please take a look for the items you want from my online catalogue and send me your inquiry and order, when I receive your inquiry and order, I will answer every question with my best ability promptly and confirm with you for the price, detailed description of the goods like material, size, etc., and the availability (if the items you order are right available from our stock) or the leadtime (if the items you order are not available from our current stock, I will need to arrange up making with our carvers and factories as per your order, and I will let you know the leadtime on your order) for your purchasing confirmation.
Leadtime for an order: Usually, if you allow me to pick up an assortment for you, I will be able to assemble up items under your order sooner, it will take only a few days to assemble up an assortment for you, as we have plenty in stock available for immediate delivery; and for the custom order, it will take about 15 to 30 days for us to complete your custom order.Second Step - Payment: When you accept my offer and confirmed your order, I can accept your payment via bank wire transfer, money order, check, even via paypal at your convenience, for personal check, I will have to wait until I get it cleared from our bank.Minimum requirement: We have a minimum requirement for the custom order, if you only want to order some specific items, we will request you to order up certain quantity per item for the convenience of our production arrangemnt as per your order, usually, we request 5 - 10 pieces per item for your order except our stone bottle(we don't have minimum requirement per item for our stone bottles, but we have total minimum requirement for the stone bottles which should be no less than 50 pieces). The only exception is our Master Artist inside painted snuff bottle, you can order any piece at quantity as you like, there is no minimum order requirement for artist inside painted snuff bottles. Also, for the relatively expensive items like the hippo and mammoth ivory netsuke, we can accept 3 pieces per item. But if you allow me to pick up an assortment for you, I have no minimum requirement on your order, if you are a collector who only buys a few pieces for your own personal collection, please contact me for the item you want so that I can pick up right from our stock.
Third Step - Shipment: After I receive your money, and assemble up all items under your order, I will pack with care on each item, first, I will wrap each piece with soft paper or padding, then, I pack them up with a nice gift box for each piece and load them into a hard board carton, usually, I will ship out the goods to you via Fed Ex, or UPS, DHL, etc., I will invoice the shipping charge as what I paid to the carrier, I will give you a shipping notice as soon as I ship out the goods to you, for express mail service, you also can track it down from the website of carrier from the date of departure with my given tracking number, and insurance will also invoice to you upon request.
